1. Seller and scope

This website, maludmayla.com, is operated by Maludmayla, offering handmade crochet garments and other handmade items.

The seller’s identifying and contact details are provided in the store’s contact information and at checkout.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through this website. They do not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Products

Products are handmade. Minor differences in texture, stitch placement, shape and colour may occur as a natural feature of handmade work. The appearance of colours may also vary depending on the customer’s screen.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are provided on the relevant product pages.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Applicable delivery charges are displayed before the order is placed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment service providers supporting WooPayments. The seller does not receive or store the customer’s full payment card details.

For made-to-order items, the final price, any deposit, the balance due and the payment schedule will be agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders and contract formation

For ready-made items, the customer places an order through the online checkout. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance if the item is unavailable or a genuine technical or pricing error has occurred.

The seller will contact the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled. Any payment received for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.

For made-to-order items, the contract is formed once the customer and seller have agreed on the design, specifications, price, payment arrangements and estimated completion time, and the seller has confirmed acceptance of the order.

5. Made-to-order items

Made-to-order garments are created according to details agreed with the customer, which may include colour, measurements, length and other design specifications.

The seller will communicate the estimated completion time before confirming the order. Handmade production times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed.

The legal exception to the right of withdrawal for goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies only where the statutory conditions are met. It does not automatically apply to every item produced after an order is placed. See the separate Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy.

6. Delivery

Available delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated delivery times are stated at checkout or agreed before confirmation of a made-to-order purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. The seller remains responsible for fulfilling the delivery obligations imposed by applicable law.

If an item cannot be delivered as agreed, the customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Complaints and conformity of goods

If an item is damaged, defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer may contact the seller using the contact details provided on this website.

The customer should include the order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be included where helpful.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. These Terms & Conditions do not exclude or restrict statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the photographs, original designs, written descriptions and other creative content on this website belong to Maludmayla or are used with permission.

Purchasing a physical item does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in its design. Content may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the separate Privacy Policy available on this website.

10. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections afforded by the law applicable to their contract.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
