Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Right to withdraw from a purchase

If you are a consumer purchasing a ready-made item online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform the seller of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by sending a clear statement by email using the contact details provided on this website.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you are not required to do so.

2. Returning the item

After informing the seller of your withdrawal, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where you were informed of this obligation before purchase and the law permits this arrangement.

Please handle the item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

The return address and instructions will be provided by the seller. The return address may differ from the address used for other correspondence.

3. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from the contract, the seller will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where required by law.

The refund will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Where permitted by law, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a refund fee.

4. Made-to-order and personalised items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised where the legal exception applies.

This may include a garment created to individually agreed measurements or other specific personal requirements.

The exception does not automatically apply merely because an item is handmade or produced after an order is received. The circumstances and specifications of the particular order determine whether the exception applies.

The seller will inform you before the contract is concluded if the right of withdrawal is excluded for your particular order.

5. Damaged, defective or non-conforming items

The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract.

If you experience such a problem, contact the seller with your order details and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights and available remedies remain unaffected by this policy.

6. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
